Fall in love with Chiang Mai, Pai and everything in between.

About The Elephant

The Elephant is a magnificent cycling adventure in Northern Thailand, brought to you by Cycling Eventures and our great friends at the Fujiyama 55 Cycling Club in Chiang Mai. The Elephant is designed for gravel bikes. The majority of the riding is on sealed roads, with forays onto beautiful gravel sectors. The routes take you to places rarely ridden by cyclists outside of Northern Thailand. With twenty-three categorised climbs and over 7700 vertical metres of climbing across 310km, this three-day cycling tour can genuinely be described as ‘mighty’!

You will be supported all the way by our 55 Club Field Support Team and their fleet of luxury mini-buses. The doors to our buses slide open with ease, so if you ever need a ‘fast forward’, all you need to do is raise your hand. We have a fabulous social program on offer. With so much to see and do in Chiang Mai and Pai, we welcome non-riding partners and friends to join us! One of the luxury mini-buses will be dedicated to non-riding participants, who will go on their own side adventures with our delightful hosts.

You can bring your own bike, or hire a top quality KAZE bike from Chiang Mai Cycling Buddy. Join the conversation over at our Facebook Events Page!
